Who is the service for

The Greenwich Mental Health Hub is a new mental health service which has been set up to provide a wide range of support which is person-centred based on individual need and addresses the wider determinants of mental health such as benefits, housing, employment support and social connections.

Our team will carry out an initial holistic assessment to establish the areas of need and how the provision within the hub can provide support.

The service provides a single access point for mental health services, offering short-term interventions and signposting in a primary care setting and facilitating access to specialist secondary services as needed.

The service is open to anyone who is:

Emir understands this first hand – just a few months ago, he had found himself on the streets, his physical health failing alongside his spirit. Medication, once a routine, was a forgotten memory. He felt adrift with no anchor in sight.
