Social support

What is social support?

Social support may include help with self-management of your mental health as well as a range of issues that may be impacting on your quality of life, such as those relating to employment, housing, finances and social isolation.

We will work with you to provide effective interventions to help improve social factors that may be affecting your mental health and wellbeing. These may come in the form of advice, guidance and practical coping strategies.

What support is available?

We may offer an initial assessment to help us identify the best ways to support you and achieve the best possible outcomes. We may also signpost you to alternative services who will be best placed to address your needs.
