Meet the winners: Introducing our Equality Grants grantees
Larger charities and NHS trusts play an essential role in tackling health inequalities, but real, lasting change also depends on the grassroots organisations working directly within our communities. Many of these smaller groups need targeted financial support to continue making a meaningful impact on the ground.
That’s why the Bromley and Greenwich Mental Health Hubs are proud to relaunch the Equality Grants programme for 2026, and even more thrilled to introduce this year’s grantees. Each organisation brings a unique and inspiring approach to improving wellbeing locally, contributing to a powerful collective effort to reduce inequalities and strengthen community resilience.

Her role is part of the hub’s commitment to combatting mental health inequalities and making sure that underrepresented communities’ voices are heard.
"My experience with Bromley Mental Health Hub has made a significant positive impact on my mental health and well-being."
"I found many helpful resources and was signposted to other great services such as the South East London Mind - Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College and its mindfulness based courses. I received excellent support from my mental health advisor, who encouraged my independence and engaged in my areas of interest, with self-reflection and a positive mental state of mind.
