At Oxleas, we offer a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people living in South East London and to people in prison.
Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies.
NHS Bromley Talking Therapies is part of the national programme called NHS Talking Therapies. The service helps adults in Bromley manage a range of common mental health problems including anxiety, stress, depression and feeling low.
Good Thinking is an online service that helps Londoners look after their mental health and wellbeing in a way that works for them.
Support is available if your struggle with sleep, anxiety, low mood and stress.
BromleyWell is a free advice and information service which can point you in the right direction of local services and support.
