What's on offer

Welcome

A member of our team will talk to you to better understand your needs and how we can best support you. To do this we use a tool called a DIALOG.

We offer:

  • Holistic assessment of mental health and social needs
  • Comprehensive group support programme to help you manage your emotions
  • Short term one-to-one sessions to help you manage your mental health
  • Peer support for assistance and guidance by individuals who share similar experiences of mental health 
  • Benefits advice and support
  • Support for substance use
  • Self-help materials and coping mechanisms to continue with your recovery
  • Facilitated access to other services and community resources
  • Benefits advice and employment support

How to access

Contact your GP and ask them to refer you to the Bromley Mental Health Hub. All services are provided either over the phone, online or face to face.

Service opening times

Opening Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday (except for bank holidays).

We understand that many of you will need flexible appointments, especially if you are in full-time work or have caring responsibilities, so we will work with you to find a time that works well for you.
