Who is the service for?

Who is the service for?

The Bromley Mental Health Hub is a new mental health service which has been set up to provide a wide range of support which is person-centred based on individual need and addresses the wider determinants of mental health such as benefits, housing and employment support.

Our team will carry out an initial holistic assessment to establish the areas of need and how the provision within the hub can provide support.

The service provides a single access point for mental health services, offering short-term interventions and signposting in a primary care setting and facilitating access to specialist secondary services as needed.
