Who is the service for?

Bexley Mental Health Hub is a new mental health service which has been set up to provide a wide range of support which is person-centred based on individual needs and addresses the wider determinants of mental health such as social connectedness, physical and economic health.

We carry out an initial holistic assessment during which the member of the team will work with you to establish the areas of need and how we can support.

The service provides easy access to mental health services, offering short-term interventions and supporting people to connect with local specialist services where required.
